Office Building with sports and therapy facility
The visual axis from north to south is cut out of the structure in the middle of the building and the upper floors are developed around this new center. The three-dimensional twisting of the main structure creates a central, enclosed outdoor space in the middle of the building with various terraces and different qualities of stay. This central outdoor space is designed as a green space with a high quality of stay and is a meeting point in the building.
